For more than 30 years, our leadership team has been deeply involved in wireless retail and distribution. Through that experience, we saw firsthand the growing demand for high‑quality refurbished mobile devices—and the operational challenges retailers faced sourcing them.
As retailers ourselves, we encountered the same issues common across the industry: inconsistent grading, unreliable supply, and uncertainty around device quality.
